Leading Hand – Previous concreting experience required

Duties & Responsibilities
This position includes, but not limited to:

  • Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performance team on complex, high-profile projects.

  • Be hands-on in the delivery of technical projects

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to finish — only the highest quality will do.

  • Collaborate with top-tier specialists to ensure the finest craftsmanship and precision.

  • Create and maintain a culture of excellence , where your team's skills and dedication keep pushing the limits.

  • Provide strong mentorship and leadership , ensuring your team grows stronger and more capable on every project.

  • Take ownership of your team's progress , with the freedom to make decisions, learn, and grow.

Concreter / labourer

Duties & Responsibilities
This position includes, but not limited to:

  • Slab on ground preparation

  • Screed and Finish concrete

  • Steel fixing

  • Remedial Concrete work

  • Assisting in setting up and stripping formwork

  • Ability to work regional areas
