The Opportunity
This role is a permanent full-time opportunity based out of a client site in the Bowen Basin.
The coreresponsibilities for this position are:
Look at ways to maximise Komatsu equipment's availability, reliability and productivity Providing technical support, diagnostics and troubleshooting for Komatsu fleet Reporting on regular machine issues Creating detailed technical documentation and providing recommendations / resolutions for equipment performance issues Role Located: Bowen Basin (mine-site)
Shift: 7 days on and 7 days off, Thursday to Wednesday, day shift only.
Remuneration: Approximate salary of $165,000 per year, plus fleet vehicle, bonus and paid accommodation.

Must have your Cert III in Electrotechnology (Electrician) & QLD Electrical License Experience working as a Field Service Technician is preferred with exposure to breakdown, repairs and diagnostics Previous experience working in a mine-site is preferred Ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical drawings. An understanding of maintenance targets including availability, reliability, parts management and component life cycle management. Ability to analyse / troubleshoot complicated hydraulic, mechanical and electrical technical problems and provide solutions. Current driver's license Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work unsupervised.
