The Role:

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a dynamic team. This is a key role responsible for the day-to-day supervision of civil and construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and trades
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with WHS policies and site safety requirements
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to maintain effective communication
  • Interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications

About You:

  • Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within civil and/or commercial construction
  • Trade-qualified with a strong carpentry background (essential)
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and best practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive a positive safety culture on site
  • Current White Card and valid driver's licence
