People like youA bit about the job:Our Claims Handlers handle insurance claims with the maximum efficiency and minimum fuss, in an attractive environment. We encourage applications from everyone who wants to help us achieve our purpose of supporting our customers' insurance needs.If this is you and are flexible with your working hours, then why not applySkills and experience we're looking for:Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customers' needs.Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.The ability to listen and reason empathetically.Flexible attitude towards change and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good level of IT skills to navigate systems.Working Hours:Shift patterns covering the hours of 8am-9pm Monday to Friday and 8am-8pm Saturday and Sunday.Our current rotation is one late shift every 2nd week and 1 weekend day every 3rd weekend.Average of 35 hours p/week over 5 days.You will be required to be flexible with these hours as shifts for this role are on a rota basis.We are also open on Bank Holidays.This is a hybrid working position, so being able to get into the Perth Office at least 50% of your working week is essential.What you'll get for this role:Starting salary of £25,100 (This role falls under Aviva's "Pay progression scheme", so the further you develop in this role the higher the salary will be)Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary.
