About Landmark Legal

We are going through significant growth and are looking for a dynamic mid to senior legal administrator/receptionist who is eager to make their mark and help us achieve our full potential.
About the Role
You are the first port of call for our clients, managing their correspondence and calls and liaising with them and external third parties to expedite their matters.
You are also a central hub around which our business operates, providing invaluable and timely support to the legal teams in their work.
Clarity, friendliness and responsiveness are essential.
You
Three-plus years' experience working in a law firm in a similar position.

Adept and confident in:
Legal practice management programs.
Legal office accounting and trust work
Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen eye for detail and thorough in your work. Accuracy in legal work is a must.
Strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple priorities with grace and ease.
Proactive, thinking ahead with a can-do and problem-solving mindset.
A team-focused collaborative ethos – working together and supporting each other to deliver excellence to our clients and enjoy work at the same.
A bonus (desirable but not necessary):
Experience in estate administration
