Senior Civil Engineer

Our New South Wales Infrastructure team specialises in the design of roads, bridges, drainage and general civil engineering projects. Increasingly these are in water and sewerage treatment across the Water sector as well as the Renewable Energy market, working across a range of energy transmission projects.

The opportunity

Our established civil team is growing and looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. This is a varied role that includes managing and delivering projects with support from our technical specialists, liaising with clients and design management:

  1. Undertaking designs using 12D or Civil 3D including geometric road and/or civil infrastructure design, storm water, utilities and earthworks.
  2. Experience in leading design delivery for a variety of project sizes including the management of people, time and budgets.
  3. Demonstrating effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills.

About you

You are a Civil Engineer or experienced designer with a strong track record in a consulting engineering environment. You have 3D design experience, gained in Civil Infrastructure or Roads. Self-motivated, you strive for technical excellence and exceeding client expectations. You are passionate about developing and motivating others, whilst ensuring that the team works collaboratively to meet project deliverables. A detailed knowledge of the Australian market and Australian standards is preferable. You are a values-driven person who enjoys sharing the successes of your colleagues and delivering excellence for your clients.
