We’re looking for a strong, versatile Senior Lead Developer<\/b> to
build and enhance modern applications across the full technology stack. This
role needs someone with deep development expertise, modern DevOps practices,
and practical cloud exposure<\/b>, rather than a dedicated cloud engineer.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
- Design, develop, refactor, and maintain end‑to‑end
applications<\/b> (backend, frontend, integrations).<\/span>
<\/li> - Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile leaders
on user stories, design, documentation, and testing<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/li> - Implement high‑quality, maintainable solutions
using agreed engineering standards and design patterns<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/li> - Write and maintain unit tests<\/b>; participate
in and lead code reviews<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/li> - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, developer
tooling, and automation<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/li> - Work with containerised and cloud‑hosted
applications; resolve technical dependencies across teams.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/span>
<\/div>Mandatory Skills & Experience:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Python<\/span><\/u><\/b> for application and systems development – strong
working experience (7+ years preferred)<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul> - Docker<\/span><\/u><\/b>, Git<\/b><\/span><\/u>
<\/li>
- Python<\/span><\/u><\/b> for application and systems development – strong
- Terraform<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/li>
<\/li>Practical exposure to AWS <\/b>or similar cloud
platforms<\/span>
<\/li>CI/CD pipelines<\/span><\/b> (Azure DevOps or GitLab preferred)<\/span>
<\/li>Full‑stack developers preferred. React or
Angular<\/u><\/b> (3+ years). <\/span>
<\/li>Understanding of: <\/span>
<\/li>Networking fundamentals<\/span>
<\/li>Cloud‑hosted architectures<\/span>
<\/li>Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/span>
<\/div>

(e.g. JavaScript beyond frontend, NET<\/b>)<\/span>
<\/li>Exposure to AI‑assisted/agentic developer
