  • Oversee all aspects of facilities management for the designated property, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations, Critical Environment Management (CEM) requirements, and operational standards while regularly reviewing operations to identify cost reduction opportunities
  • Manage the site's financial operations to meet or exceed targets and control requirements, ensuring all financial processes align with JLL's Code of Ethics and maintaining accurate property data across web-based management information systems
  • Champion workplace health and safety by implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans, providing 24/7 emergency call support, and reporting near misses and incidents through appropriate channels
  • Oversee the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program and manage all Conflicts of Interest in accordance with client-endorsed processes, providing prompt written notification and full disclosure when required

  • Experience working in critical environments and facilities with strong understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) requirements, compliance frameworks, and vendor management processes for specialized services
  • Solid understanding of basic technical aspects of property operations, building systems, and maintenance requirements with the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Clearance and any additional Entity-specific clearances
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering best practice facilities management with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple competing priorities, and strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated people management capability with experience inspiring and leading high-performing teams, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels — because we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive
