Lead and Deliver a Major Project in Perth Landscape Architecture is a growing priority for the business, with a strong pipeline of high-profile projects across Perth and nationally. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically focused Landscape Architect to contribute to the delivery of complex projects, bringing advanced Revit, BIM, and documentation expertise to a nationally recognised practice. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you'll champion digital delivery best practice, drive technical excellence, and help deliver impactful projects across a diverse range of sectors.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and technically focused Associate or Senior Associate level, depending on experience and capability, to join our growing Perth team and play a key role in the delivery of significant landscape projects. In this role, you will provide technical leadership on an exciting new health project, working closely with Design Leaders and Project Directors to drive excellence in BIM and digital delivery. You will support the development of Revit capability within the local team, champion best practice in documentation and coordination, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality project outcomes from design through to construction. In This Role, You Will
• Lead the technical delivery of landscape architecture projects, ensuring high-quality and coordinated documentation
• Champion Revit and BIM best practice across modelling, documentation, and digital delivery including team support and mentoring
• Produce and oversee detailed 2D and 3D documentation from design through to construction
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants using Revit, Navisworks, and Revizto
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, improving BIM capability and documentation standards
• Work with Design Leaders and Project Directors to resolve technical challenges and support project delivery
• Support and assist the team to develop Revit skills.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of digital delivery standards, systems, and processes
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated and buildable design solutions About You You will have advanced Revit expertise, outstanding documentation skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality project outcomes. You Will Bring
• Degree in Landscape Architecture (or similar) and proven experience delivering projects through design, documentation, and construction phases
• Advanced Revit and BIM expertise, including 3D modelling, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination
• Experience using Navisworks and Revizto for project coordination and clash detection
• Strong skills in producing high-quality 2D and 3D landscape documentation
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, and Twinmotion, including visualisation and VR presentations
• Strong capability in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign), and Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of Vectorworks, 3ds Max, and ArcGIS is advantageous
• Excellent technical detailing skills and understanding of Australian standards and construction practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support and mentor project teams
