From workforce planning and leadership development through to employee relations, performance management and workplace wellbeing, you’ll have the scope to influence the full employee lifecycle. This is an opportunity to move beyond simply managing HR processes. We want someone who can identify opportunities, challenge the status quo where appropriate and turn good ideas into practical improvements that benefit both our people and the business. • Manage workplace injuries, return-to-work processes and employee wellbeing.
• Drive employee engagement, organisational culture and inclusion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, industrial obligations and reporting requirements.
• Support Mossop’s RAP, workforce participation and social inclusion initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations, awards, agreements and workplace compliance.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters, performance issues, grievances and disciplinary processes.

• Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
• A high level of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
• A proactive mindset, sound judgement and the ability to turn strategic priorities into practical action. As our people are required to attend government, health and education facilities and construction sites, it is a condition of employment for this role, that the ability to pass a pre-employment medical, background police check and working with children clearance is adhered to.
