We are looking to hire a driven and enthusiastic Engineer Intern to complement our highly skilled team based in our Jandakot office.
Responsibilities
• Assist with conceptual and detailed mechanical designs.
• Create and update CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Support basic engineering calculations.
• Prepare BOMs, design documentation, and general arrangement drawings.
• Support design reviews, testing activities, and technical reporting.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project teams. Qualifications Essential
• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar 3D CAD software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and commitment to safety. Desirable
• Interest in subsea, offshore, or ROV equipment.
• Hands-on mechanical experience through hobbies, projects, or work experience. Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry.
