Focus on wellbeing and mental health support; partnership with Headspace, EAP, D&I committee and gender affirmation leaveAnd really just because we're AWESOME What You'll DoPreparation and delivery of our standard bar menu items and function finger food;Adhering to our high level of food presentation;Ordering and stocktake;Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness;Championing kitchen health and safety; andTraining and supporting the casual kitchen team members.What You've GotExperience working in a busy kitchenA desire to take your supervising/management skills to the next levelExcellent communication skills - this is key for any successful candidate in our national business;Good time management and organisational skills, with the proven ability to plan, prepare and think ahead;A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures;Self motivation but also the ability to work in a team;A passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude;As we are a seven day a week business, you must be available to work nights and weekendsKeen?
