About the role*
This is a part-time role 3-4 days or equivalent per week. Every day will be different in a dynamic healthcare environment - keeping you engaged and challenged while delivering frontline contemporary HR support. Working in our professional, collaborative and friendly People & Culture team, this is a true generalist HR advisory and support role. You will assist with policy advice, HR reporting, inductions, WHS&W, employee relations, talent acquisition, change projects, HRIS, workforce planning and everything else HR related.

What you'll need to join our Team*
- You'll share our values and partnership approach.
- Successfully completed an undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Human Resources or similar) or be in your final year of study.
- Experience working in a similar or more junior HR role, providing support and advice to stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise agreements.
- Experience using an HRIS and recruitment system.
- Resilience, confidence, optimism and loads of enthusiasm.
- Proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks, be flexible and resourceful, proactive and professional in manner with a high degree of self-motivation.
- And of course, outstanding communication skills.
