Are you experienced in complex mental health, looking to give back to the community and make a true difference in someone's life? We are looking for a mature aged female team member who has knowledge in the realm of Psychosocial Mental Health Support.

We are currently searching for male mentors with an interest in music to dedicate themselves to an individual or small number of NDIS participants. The clinical approach to support work is not encouraged. We are looking for someone who will be socially engaging and enthusiastically join their participants in activities as well as support their day-to-day organisation as they move towards their own unique goals. This role will require you to arrive every day with a good attitude and willingness encourage the participants to engage with you and the activities.

You have strong values around care, support, personal development and have a great ability to build trust-based relationships with those around you. You are mature minded and can comfortably interact with your participants, supporting them to achieve their goals in all aspects of life and are an understanding listener to support them as they need.

Others describe you as honest, calm or composed, reliable, consistent, and hardworking.

You are interested in honing your skills in Mental Health Support and are looking for a casual role that allows you to provide companionship and guidance to our participant.

The regular hours will be Weekdays roughly 9am - 5pm with the opportunity to attend gigs and fun activities at night and on the weekend intermittently.

Due to the importance of this role, we are offering;
Weekday - $32 per hour

Saturday - $43.33 per hour

Sunday - $55.71 per hour

Public holiday - $68.09 per hour

A current driver's license, own transport and comprehensive car insurance
