From crafting compelling content to orchestrating events that people actually want to attend, you'll be at the heart of our member experience.
You'll also help shape our brand, manage digital content, and support strategic projects that drive impact.Job DescriptionWhat You Will Be DoingCreating engaging newsletters, portal content, and member communicationsPlanning and delivering events, webinars, and forums that spark connectionSupporting onboarding, training, and educational programsBuilding strong stakeholder relationships and keeping our membership engagedContributing to reports, publications, and digital content (yes, even the fun stuff)Collaborating with creatives to bring ideas to lifeSupporting brand awareness and engagement campaignsDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat You Will Need5+ years in customer service, account management, or member engagementExceptional writing, editing, and content creation skillsEvent planning and multi-channel communications experienceTech-savvy with tools like Dynamics 365, Canva, PowerApps, SharePoint, and Office 365A people-person vibe and the ability to simplify complex infoA curious mind, a collaborative spirit, and a love for continuous improvementWhy The TIO?
