**Hey, before we hit the nitty gritty **

**So, here's the low down.**

As a Kolmean (that's what we call our team members), you'll have both a job title, like **_Customer Success Manager_**, and a **squad**. Together, you'll tackle spicy challenges, like how to streamline payments between tenants and owners, for example. Or how to save property managers time in their day-to-day tasks using AI. You'll have tasks that you're responsible for on your own, as well as tasks you'll contribute to as part of larger company-wide projects.

With more than 15 years of adventures in proptech, we've got the 'inside scoop' on what worksand what needs a little extra TLC. In fact, we were born out of a property management company, so we intimately understand the joys and sorrows of our customers (they're at the heart of everything we do).

Kolmeo gives real estate agencies all around Australia access to the right tools and technology to perfectly balance the relationship between tenants, owners, and property managers. We believe in our heart of hearts that it's possible for people to truly love renting, owning and managing properties - it's what gets us out of bed (that, and coffee), and why we love what we do.

**Here's what we're looking for**

Kolmeo is on the hunt for a **_Customer Success Manager_**. As a superstar within the Customer Experience team, you'll work alongside the Head of Customer Experience to be the connection point between our customers and the broader business. You will support customers with all their requirements, assisting them with their queries and helping them to learn how best to use our platform. Preferably you will have prior experience in Property Management and previous experience in a customer success role.

**A day in the life of a Kolmeo Customer Success Manager**
- Research and analysis of new customer needs
- Project management of new customer implementations
- Provide training and support to our existing customers
- Support the wider team to address day to day customer enquiries
- Participate in sales activity and assisting with the hands-on demonstration of the Kolmeo platform to prospective clients

**To hit this job out of the park, you MUST have**:

- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office software
- High attention to detail
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Flexibility and ability to travel interstate
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
