**THE ROLE**

Join the creative team at Beacon Lighting Group, where you'll play a key role in delivering visually compelling, on-brand content across digital and print platforms. From social media animations to TV commercials and product campaigns, you'll bring ideas to life with design that inspires.

We're looking for a versatile and proactive Multimedia Designer brings a strong mix of creative thinking, technical skill, and attention to detail. You will support the Creative Director, Studio Manager, and broader Marketing team in producing compelling and brand-aligned creative assets across print, digital, and motion. This role takes approved concepts through to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on-brand, on time, and on brief - maintaining Beacon Lighting's strong market position and visual integrity.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead animation and video editing for content across web, social, in-store, and TV
- Design engaging artwork for digital and print assets across multiple brands
- Stay up to date with animation trends, design tools, and digital best practices
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team, Studio Manager, and Creative Director to plan and deliver content that aligns with campaign goals
- Attend photoshoots (studio or on location) to support digital content creation
- Retouch and colour correct imagery and video content to meet quality standards
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines, are proofed accurately, and delivered on time
- Manage stakeholder approvals and coordinate with external suppliers for production specs
- Archive and maintain an organised asset library and contribute to ongoing creative optimisation
- Provide creative input during brief development and suggest improvements where possible
- Assist with TVC post-production, including colour grading and editing
- Record, edit and organise video content for internal and external use

**ABOUT YOU**
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic or Multimedia Design (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve and HTML is a bonus.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms and content best practices
- Demonstrates openness to feedback and proactive in providing thoughtful solutions
- Confident in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, eCommerce and Buying teams.
