**The Appointment**

Our client has a secured a series of projects and are looking to bring on a Contractors Administrator to work alongside the Project Management Team. You will be exposed to multiple projects across SEQ and will have the chance to fast track your career into Project Management. This design, construction and project management company has a large volume of repeat business due to the quality they deliver on each and every project. Their projects include residential homes, boutique apartment, schools and commercial buildings.

**The Appointee**

We are looking for a career driven induvial who recognises the value of working in a smaller organisation and the exposure you will receive to all parts of the business. In this role you will be part of continually developing strong relationships with clients and be trusted with developing the company's brand. You will have a close working relationship with the Directors of the business and have the chance to learn from their experience.
- Facilitating and administering the procurement process - from request for quote to negotiation of tender packages.
- Preparing sub-contract agreements, ensuring correctness of budget and entities are properly situated.
- Processing of progress claims in line with sub-contract agreement terms and conditions.
- Preparing sub-contractor variation assessment and submission.
- Must be degree qualified in construction or equivalent with experience in residencies or commercial construction

You will be collaborative, hands on and able to drive outcomes through exceptional relationships from crew to client. Whilst you have the technical knowledge you also recognise the need to partner with your Engineers on site and Project Manager to drive mutually beneficially commercial outcomes with the client.
