**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing exceptional hospitality from the moment they arrive.
- Seat guests and manage reservations to ensure efficient table turnover and optimal use of dining space.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Uphold a positive and professional attitude at all times, contributing to a supportive and cohesive team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
