Smart User & Silicon Lighting (VEU Accredited Person) participates in the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program to deliver energy efficiency improvements which are more affordable for consumers, and reduces their long term energy consumption. Our accreditation can be found at the Victorian Energy Upgrades. We have helped over 200,000 homes and businesses save energy by using more energy efficient products and changed over 2 Million inefficient globes to LEDs under VEU program.

**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our team in Melbourne.

**What you would do**

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

**How can I tell if this is for me?**

If you possess the following traits we would love to hear from you:

- Minimum 3 years call centre experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Passionate about energy efficiency and building a more sustainable future
- Interest in Environment, Sustainability and Energy Efficiency
