We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanical tradesperson to join our team for a FIFO/DIDO Field Service role in Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of trade-related tasks, including mine site machine maintenance & repairs, breakdown repairs and labour support roles.
This is a full-time position with regular working hours.Skills:Proven experience as a qualified tradesperson (previous mine site experience will be highly regarded)Strong technical skills in your specific tradeExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResponsibilities:Carrying out vehicle/machine maintenance and repairs according to job specificationsTroubleshooting issues and providing effective solutionsEnsuring all work is completed efficiently and accuratelyAdhering to safety guidelines and regulations at all timesKeeping accurate records of work performedQualifications:Certification or qualification as a tradesperson in a relevant mechanical field (e.g. Mobile Plant Mechanic, Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanic)Will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and a national police clearanceMust have full Australian Work Rights (Note: we are not seeking to nominate or sponsor visa holders for this role)Application Questions:Do you have a Trade Certificate related to this role?
