**Your new company**

Work for a company that provides fresh fruit boxes to businesses daily, supporting their staff to be happy and healthy with consciously healthy snacks in the office. Located in South Kensington, this company sources their fruit locally, supporting local farmers. You will be taking care of their large-spend clients, providing outstanding customer service with their accounts, answering enquiries, ensuring you use your initiative to solve problems. This company also provides milk, bread and coffee, all the daily extras your office will need

**Your new role**

You will be relationship building and managing the account for their key clients, providing excellent customer service to build strong working relationships and experience for the client. This is not a hard sales role, we want you to build rapport and the sales will come naturally. Clients might want to skip a fruit delivery week, or follow up on a missing order, you will take extra care and consideration to these clients to make sure they have the best customer experience. Working 100% in the office for the first 6 months, you will then be able to have a conversation around any WFH options that may be provided. Having the flexibility to work the hours 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm allows you flexibility with your morning. This role is permanent and you will be covered by an Enterprise Agreement.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Customer service experience
- Strong ability to build rapport over the phone
- Ability to work in the office in South Kensington
- Basic Excel knowledge is required
- Internal system is Netsweep - any experience using this is highly advantageous
