**Role Summary**:
The Hotel Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper and efficient management of all Aged Care facilities across WA. This includes managing several budgets, the continuous quality improvement plan and the broader service delivery operation for the facilities, with a particular focus on the lifestyle and hospitality services that are delivered within the facilities. The role seeks to develop and improve these services, all while considering and following all relevant legislations, standards and internal policies. The position plays a critical role in driving positive culture, service excellence and a person-centered approach to care through the mentorship and supervision of staff teams

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, legislations and policies
- Managing financial aspects of all facilities operations such as annual budgets, cost controls and financial reporting
- Responsibility for overseeing the management of staff, including performance, recruitment, rostering, training and culture
- Ensuring that the facilities are operating within budget, and operating in line with funding requirements and assessments, all whilst looking for ways to optimise revenue for the facilities
- Creating a feedback-positive workplace that makes staff and residents feel valued for their input, and seeks to act on the feedback received

**This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and works across all of our Aged Care facilities in WA.**

**Skills, Attributes and Experience**:
Key criteria:

- Significant experience gained within management or supervisory capacities within a well-reputed leisure/hospitality sector
- Tertiary qualifications within hospitality or business will be well regarded
- Proven business acumen and analytical skills that have the capacity to inform business decisions
- Possess or willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and an unrestricted drivers licence
