**What you'll do**:
Success in the role will require you to demonstrate strong leadership skills, a high level of curiosity, strong stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills as well as the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. You will be driven to find solutions and utilise your strong data analytics acumen to ensure the most optimal outcomes across all initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of Space & Range strategic solutions via BlueYonder Analytical tool suite. Utilising the full array of optimisation and clustering tools as well as development of supportive insight tools in GCP.
- Scope, plan and deliver the Endeavour Drinks range roadmap in conjunction with wider group partners. Represent Endeavour Drinks interests to wider IT, Analytics and support teams.
- Use technical knowledge of the systems and data, combined with a logical thinking process & understanding of key business objectives to design-test-deliver enhancements to improve both efficiency and effectiveness of our ranging suite in delivering strategic outcomes.
- Take a lead role in developing new analytical capability within the wider business and drive for continuous improvement across all ranging systems, consistently looking for opportunities to deliver more optimal range solutions to our customers.
- Understand financial performance range metrics & deliver strategic recommendations to stakeholders that ensure the right outcomes for EDG and its customers.
- Lead the delivery of end to end strategic range projects, demonstrating a leadership style that influences stakeholders to put data led recommendations at the centre of all decisions, and encourages a continuous improvement culture.
- Be an SME for all range & space related data requirements, working closely with internal/external stakeholders in identifying solutions that enable smarter, targeted outcomes of delivering range and greater understanding of performance outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will be a lateral thinker, have great stakeholder management skills, and lead by example.

Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following** key areas**:

- Relevant graduate qualification (e.g. business studies or a quantitative discipline) or equivalent work experience
- Technical skills associated with coding / formula building logic, automation and logical problem solving.
- Advanced data manipulation skills within software such as Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders to scope and develop potential solutions upfront.
- Ability to communicate range optimisation insights from data in a compelling way.
- Experience in managing project delivery in-line with timelines.
- Prior experience with a coding language for business analysis purpose (GCP: BigQuery & DataStudio visualisation preferred)

**Desirable**:

- Experience with BY Space/Floor/Range products an advantage
- Other Space and Merchandising software
- Proven track record of delivering major reviews/work responsibilities on time
- Clustering methodology and experience
