About the roleReady to take the controls of a twin-arm Jumbo and drive underground development?
This role is all about precision, safety, and teamwork.
You'll be a key player in our underground mining crew, helping us hit production targets and keep things running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include: Installing ground support per the Ground Control Management Plan
Boring development excavation profiles to spec
Installing and maintaining underground services
Supporting charge-up and other development tasks
Communicating across shifts and ensuring high-quality work
Leading by example in safety and environmental awareness You'll report to the Mining Shift Supervisor and work closely with a range of stakeholders including the Underground Mine Foreman, Superintendent, Technical Services, and Surveyors.
About you
You're experienced, safety-focused, and mechanically savvy.
You know your way around underground mining and thrive in a team environment.
What you'll bring: Valid manual driver's licence
Minimum 7 years' underground mining experience
Strong knowledge of mine services and safe work procedures
Solid communication and observation skills
Familiarity with JSA systems
Mechanical aptitude
