Principal Corporate Services Officer

**Your key responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the coordination of key governance deliverables including the production of the Annual Report, Strategic Plan, Estimates and Business Continuity Plan projects.
- Undertake research and analysis and provide advice on governance and operational issues to support informed decision making.
- Provide backup support with financial, human resource and records management transactional activities as required.
- Consolidate, analyse and prepare complex reports (monthly, quarterly and annually), briefings and other submissions and correspondence in relation to identified corporate business functions.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures relevant to identified corporate business functions.
- Liaise with members of OQPC staff, OQPC committees and the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and other external bodies on financial, human resource and administrative issues and negotiate and monitor the provision of services by external service providers.
- Provide high quality advice to the Manager, Corporate Services on a range of strategic business and corporate governance matters with a view to continuous improvement of service area processes.
