**About our role**:
Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting a Sales Support Representative to join our Commercial Sales team in QLD. This is a great opportunity to have an impact in a growing the region and really showcasing your skills. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, 31 hours per week, over 4 or 5 days and operating within the Redland Bay Region. With some flex on start and finish times, you'll be in store, working hands-on, nurturing relationships with Store Managers and showcasing Simplot products for best available positioning.

Our grocery retail customers include Coles and Woolworths. Your previous sales / merchandising experience within the Supermarkets sector will be helpful to hit the ground running. Our team and customers will benefit from your can-do, hands-on approach to in store displays.

**What you will do**:
Reporting to the State Field Manager - QLD, you will be responsible for managing your own territory to maximise sales objectives and targets for Simplot's branded products.

In this region, you will be responsible for Woolworths and Coles stores:

- 10 x Platinum stores (weekly visit)
- 8 x Gold stores (fortnightly stores)

Each day you will:

- Call on stores and build and maintain relationships with store management teams
- Review and implement Store planograms and layouts to ensure all Simplot SKU's are on show with correct facings, or optimising positioning of Simplot products
- Build and maintain in-store displays with a keen eye for precision
- Ensure sales and field plans are executed in each store
- Achieve Territory KPI's and Field Drive incentives

**About you**:

- Previous experience working as a Sales Support Rep or Merchandiser
- Previous experience within a Supermarket environment - either in a retail leadership role or as an external partner
- Own vehicle to be used for work purposes, whilst being reimbursed an allowance for kms travelled home to home
- Driven and motivated approach, with the ability to multitask and work in an agile environment
- Excellent organisation skills and a high attention to detail, ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Ability to build rapport quickly and develop relationships with external stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with wider QLD team and provide support where required
- Desire to join a high performing, supportive team, whilst also working autonomously to achieve individual goals and targets
