**About the Position.**

As a Leading hand you will work directly with the Site Manager. You will be responsible for the coordination of trades and labour. You will also be provided excellent training and development by leading industry leader.

**Duties.**
- Manage site safety, WHS
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Assist in managing the construction programming
- Site set out and mark out

**Skills & Experience.**
- Trade qualification in carpentry or similar trade
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand / Sub Foreman or Foreman on multi-residential projects valued up to $20M
- Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
