We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaners to join our team as independent contractors. This role is ideal for individuals looking to manage their own workload and contribute to creating magical experiences for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Turnover Cleaning**
- Perform high-quality cleaning of our 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments to a luxury hotel standard.
- Complete all cleans by 3 PM on the same day of guest checkout.

**Linen Management**
- Wash and dry linens either in the apartment or at your home in preparation for the next guest.
- Ensure all linens are clean, stain-free, and wrinkle-free before making beds.

**Property Responsibility**
- Take full responsibility for all turnover cleans for assigned properties.
- Manage turnovers that can vary unpredictably from 1 to 5 times per week per property, based on guest checkouts.

**Quality Assurance**
- Conduct thorough checks for keys, maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report promptly.
- Test all appliances and amenities to ensure they are in working order (e.g., air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher).

**Amenities Restocking**
- Restock guest amenities (provided by Mega Style Apartments) such as toiletries, kitchen supplies, and other essentials.
- Set up amenities neatly according to our guidelines.

**Apartment Styling**
- Set up the apartment following our style guide, including proper arrangement of décor, throws, and decorative pillows.
- Ensure the apartment exudes warmth and comfort for arriving guests.

**Communication & Reporting**
- Provide pre
- and post-cleaning photos, including guest keyset photos, on the same day via your preferred method.

**Workload Management**

**Property Allocation**
- Choose the number of properties you wish to manage based on your availability.
- If you desire more hours, request additional properties; if you need fewer hours, you can reduce your property assignments.

**Unpredictable Turnovers**
- Be prepared for varying turnover frequency per property, dictated by guest bookings and checkouts.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of cleaning multiple apartments.
- Must have access to laundry facilities for linen management.
- Living in or near Melbourne CBD or Southbank is preferred.
- Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus but not required.
