**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
One of Australia's leading retail brands with a network of over 250 stores across Australia.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As the National Store Development Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing all store opening, relocations and closures inline with the company strategy. You will ensure that the program is delivered on time and within budget.

**DUTIES**
- Lead the development of all projects (newbuild, refurb, fit outs)
- Drive project outcomes from design phase through construction to operational handover
- Manage all internal and external stakeholders including landlords, consulting teams, authorities and contractors
- Ensure company standards and specifications are being met during construction

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree qualification in Construction, Property or similar
- A minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- Construction experience is essential
- Previous experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong retail project delivery experience
- Experience in design management, planning and contract administration
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
