We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Team Members to join our Landscape Maintenance team, based in Buderim. These are full time roles working alongsideour experienced and committed team who focus on delivering quality results every time.

This position will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate your practical skills and develop a long term career position.

What duties can you expect to carry out?
- Garden maintenance and weed control in parks and gardens;
- Centre medians and roadside garden maintenance;
- Commercial scale mulching and plantings;
- Some landscape construction work.

What will you need?
- Drivers Licence (manual preferred);
- Blue/White Card;
- QLD Weed ID Skills essential;
- Extensive commercial landscaping skills;

It would be great if you have the following, but not essential:

- ACDC Licence;
- First Aid & CPR Certificate;
- Chainsaw Licence;
- Zero Turn mower experience.

The work day starts and finishes at our Buderim base so your own transport to and from work is required. Night shifts occur once every two-four weeks and it is essential that you are available to work these night shifts (allowances payable).

Our head office is located in Stapylton (northern Gold Coast) and at times you will be required to travel to this base for training and some jobs. You will be paid for this travel if it occurs. Induction will take place at our Stapylton base.

Job security for our team members is important to us, so these are full time permanent roles with annual leave, personal leave etc and RDO hours. Uniforms and PPE will be provided. For committed people there is excellent prospect of promotion as our policy is to promote internally. We also offer gym memberships.

Austspray is a smoke free workplace (even on breaks), and we carry out pre-employment and random drug testing as part of our zero tolerance policy on drugs and alcohol.
