- ** Highly proficient in data modelling**
** Experienced in reverse engineering**
** Knowledge and experience in delivering quality data model solutions to support complex IT project delivery**
** has advanced analytical skills and is able to translate complex business requirements into fit-for-purpose data models to support business objectives**
** communicates effectively and is able to present complex data models in an accessible and effective format suitable for the target audience**
** is capable of delivering a very high standard of work, well organised and manages competing priorities with shifting demands, thinks quickly and responds positively in an environment of change**
** drives innovation and promotes a culture of continuous improvement, works collaboratively and willingly shares information and works with peers to streamline processes and create efficiencies**
** develops and enhances data modelling capability within the team through coaching, providing performance feedback and knowledge sharing**
** is familiar with data modelling tools (eg Enterprise Architect Sparx)**
