We are looking for our next leader who is ready to further their career within a retailer that's passionate about developing and growing their team and styling their customers.

We are looking for an energetic and driven Store Manager for our NEW flagship concept store set to open in Joondalup, WA.
As Store Manager you will be working closely with your Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, profit, and team development goals in line with yd. values.
As we continue to grow across Australian and NZ, we're looking for career driven leaders and brand ambassadors who are looking to take their next step with a brand that emphasises people, personal development, and success.
As Store Manager, you will collaborate with your Area and State Manager through regular sales analysis, management of the customer experience and the overall development for your team - all leading to the growth and expansion of our brand, along with creating succession opportunities for you and your team.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Lead by example, always in line with yd. values and culture
- Train, coach, and mentor your team to work towards performance goals and succession planning
- Create an environment where you and your team are consistently providing a world class customer experience
- Sales reporting analysis and take action to benefit performance
- Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results
- Rostering and Payroll management
- VM implementation and management

Our Store Managers have an infectious energy and are first and foremost Leaders - they aren't afraid to be confident and candid in how they build a strong team culture and successful business.

**To be successful you will have**:

- A demonstrated history in retail/customer service management within a fast-paced environment
- A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and collaborative attitude
- A strong understanding of KPI management and their business impact
- A passion for people and can differentiate between being a Leader and a Manager
- Strong operational experience regarding inventory management and Visual Merchandising standards
