**Engineering Manager - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A great opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to build and lead software development teams for Property Data Solutions. Our goal is to be the authority for property data. We are creating products that leverage Domain's market-leading data assets and insight that solve real problems for our customers.

The Engineering Manager helps product teams build the right things, the right way, at the right time.

**Who are you?**
- Working with commercial, product and data stakeholders to influence product direction.
- Coordinating delivery priorities, unblocking teams, and shaping the technical solution.
- Guiding, coaching and developing individuals and teams to build and strengthen technology capability.
- Being a champion of engineering quality and practice.
- Helping drive and shape our technology strategy and delivery roadmap
- Ensuring work meets our Security, Architecture & Engineering practices, using metrics to identify and drive continuous improvement.
