We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Parts Interpreter to join our team. As a key member of the Parts Department, you will report directly to the Parts Manager and play a crucial role in supporting our customers and maximising sales opportunities.

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in a retail parts department environment
- Knowledge of Dealer DMS ERA (desirable)
- Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz EPC (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting
- A solid understanding of automotive parts and manufacturers
- Strong organisational and administrative skills

**Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Interpreting, quoting, and selling parts to customers with a focus on maximising gross profit while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Providing technical and product information to customers
- Managing stock control and inventory efficiently
- Collaborating with other departments to maximise sales opportunities
