**What We're Looking For**:
**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business, or related field (or currently studying)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales and Food & Beverage operations

Location: Must reside in Melbourne CBD or surrounding areas

Availability: Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Strong leadership and communication skills

Customer service excellence mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery

Lead, train, and motivate team members

Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control

Maintain quality standards and food safety protocols

Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues

Assist with marketing initiatives and community engagement
