Responsibilities
Ignite a love of learning in children and guide their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.
Build strong, meaningful relationships with families to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room and collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.
Contribute to achieving outstanding outcomes for children through reflective practice and collaboration.

You'll need
Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
Active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
