How you will make an impact

An exciting opportunity is available for a reliable customer service focused individual to assist our team as a Logistics/Communications Clerk. The Logistics Department consists of a mail distribution centre, a high quality call centre facility servicing all Cabrini campuses and a busy Logistics centre ensuring the efficient delivery of essential goods to all areas. Applicants will need to be flexible enough in order to work across both our Logistics and Mail Centre services.

Responsibilities will include:
- Timely and accurate sorting of mail- Pick-up, dispatch and delivery of all hospital internal and external mail- Timely and accurate delivery of all specimens, mail, equipment, medications and all other related items to/from all Cabrini campuses

While previous experience in these areas is an advantage, training will be provided. The position will generally be Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM, however, flexibility will be required for leave coverage.

What you will bring to the role:
Along with enthusiasm and a dedicated approach to your work, you will require the following attributes:
- Victorian drivers licence to transport items across Cabrini's sites- Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office suite- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills- Capability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively and efficiently- Ability to be a team player and cooperate with other departments- Reliable and punctual with a willingness to learn- Polite and professional at all times
