**Responsibilities**
- Deliver accredited and non-accredited traffic management and civil construction training services to a range of learner cohorts across WA - creating engaging and fun environments that foster learning
- Accurately and thoroughly undertake an assessment of learners and award outcomes
- Securely handle and store student and business records in a confidential manner - ensuring we can put our hands on any required document, at anytime
- Actively engaging students and employers to provide valuable and constructive feedback during and after services have been delivered
- Ensuring training rooms, on-site locations, and customer areas are presented clean, tidy, and safe for training
- Contribute to company continuous improvement practices ensuring areas for improvement are recorded, actions determined and followed through to ensure we are constantly improving the way we work servicing our customers
- Developing and reviewing training and assessment resources as part of continuous improvement processes ensuring compliance with standards and the training package
- Attending and providing constructive input to daily or team huddle meetings, making sure time is used wisely discussing the really important items
- Knowing that punctuality and reliability for every course are required

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Flexible hours
- Morning shift

all employees are required to have a maximum of two covid vaccinations

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Joondalup, WA 6027: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (required)

- Driver Licence (required)
