Witness and audit the power transformer untanking, inspection and active part repair, following supplier inspection checklist.
- Ensure the completion of routine electrical tests during the repair process.
- Report any deviations from the specified standards or procedures to the Nordex quality department.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of repair documentation, including test reports and records.
- Collaborate with the Nordex repair team to address any technical issues or concerns that may arise during the process.

**Required Skills**:

- Analytical and Critical Thinking: The subcontractor should possess incisive thinking skills, questioning all activities and processes to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
- Technical Background: While not necessarily an expert in electrical transformers, the subcontractor should have a solid technical background and a good understanding of electrical systems and manufacturing processes.
- Attention to Detail: The subcontractor must have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all repair activities are carried out precisely according to specifications and requirements.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with the supplier and Nordex repair team and the quality department is essential. The subcontractor should be able to clearly report deviations and communicate any concerns or suggestions for improvement.
- Time Management: Efficiently managing time and adhering to deadlines is important to ensure the timely completion of the repair project.

**Salary**: $22.42 - $59.72 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
