Graduate Business Management Consultant
WildWorks is a unique boutique consultancy that's been helping leaders and organisations transform with clarity and purpose for over 20 years.

We're now looking for a curious, creative and driven graduate to join our team and grow into a world-class consultant.
What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with our team to design and deliver client workshops (virtual and in-person)
Build relationships with senior stakeholders
Create bespoke visual frameworks for strategy and transformation
Develop tailored learning and development programs
Craft high-quality client documentation
Contribute to internal operations including tech, marketing, sales forecasting and more
Support strategic sales, product development and research
Be proactive in driving progress—for our clients and our business
Qualifications
A university degree (in business or a related field)
Creative capability – ability to visually capture conversations (e.g. mind maps)
Independent self-starter with initiative and problem-solving skills
Adaptability and confidence in dynamic environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Organised, structured and detail-oriented
Curious mindset with a hunger to learn and open to change
Willingness to work within various global time zones
Australian residency and unrestricted global travel eligibility
