**About the Opportunity**

Jetstar is currently looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our Customer Experience team as a **Cabin Safety & Quality Advisor **on a permanent part-time basis. As the Cabin Safety & Quality Advisor, you will act as a critical member of the Jetstar Customer Experience (Cabin Crew) team, utilising your strong communication and time management skills to ensure all safety incident reports, actions and findings are acted upon and closed out in a timely manner. Reporting to the Manager Standards and Assurance this role is also responsible for providing safety data for the Customer Experience department through the Jetstar safety management system.

In this role, taking ownership is critical. Whether we're working individually or as a group, we challenge ourselves to make progress and deliver results.

**The core responsibilities of this role are;**
- Attend daily OSCAR meetings and provide monthly reports on safety and quality trends
- Compiling monthly reporting packs for relevant stakeholders along with escalation packs as required
- Assist with the facilitation of safety training programs
- Supporting the business to ensure frontline staff are compliant with online learning modules

**Ideally we are seeking**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Prior experience working in an operational company, aviation is preferable
- Superior time management and organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple complex tasks concurrently and deliver quality output
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence to work autonomously
- The ability to remain confidential when dealing with highly sensitive information
- Degree or related qualification in aviation or business management is preferred but not essential
