**Sandstone Point Holiday Resort** is on the hunt for a kitchen hand to be part of their team.

This well-known multi-award winning resort is owned by the Comiskey Group, which is continually expanding its portfolio and generating numerous exciting new chances for key personnel.

**KEY CRITERIA**
- Prior experience as a Kitchen Hand/ Cook or similar role is preferred, but we are also open to training individuals with a strong passion for the culinary field
- Project a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Enjoy working with others in a team environment

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables
- Clean and sanitise kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes
- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager
