"To lead and manage a unit to effectively deliver illegal dumping programs and initiatives and lead the design and implementation of the NSW Illegal Dumping Strategy under the NSW Waste and Sustainable Materials Strategy (the WaSM). In addition, the role is expected to drive the delivery of the EPA Behaviour Change Plan to lift agency capability in use of behavioural sciences."

**Purpose of the role**:
To lead and manage the Unit in the development and implementation of Branch/Section projects and programs that support enhanced environmental sustainability through delivery of state-wide programs. (Units can have either a geographic or functional focus (or both) depending on location).

**Additional Information**

A Recruitment Pool may be established for roles within the EPA or the Planning and Environment Cluster, or other roles with similar focus capabilities. The Recruitment Pool may be available to hiring managers from Planning and Environment Cluster and other NSW Public Sector agencies over a 18-month period.
