Contribute to a high-profile recruitment process Work from anywhere – virtual interviews 30 hours of work between 25th September – 31st October A Federal Government client is looking to engage an experienced Scribe to support a recruitment process for Senior Intelligence Analysts (APS6).
The successful candidate will be engaged from 25 September 2025 to 31 October 2025, with the option to extend for a further two months, and will receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Scribe will be responsible for, but not limited to: Scribing during candidate interviews conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.
Entering information into eRecruit at shortlisting, post-interview, and selection report stages.
Preparing thorough individual interview summaries, comparative assessments, and overall reports.
Conducting verbal and/or written referee checks (up to two per candidate) as directed by the panel.
Coordinating with panel members and updating reports as required by the delegate.
Delivering completed interview summaries within 48 hours of candidate interviews.
Providing consolidated summary reports and final assessment reports within agreed timeframes.
