2. **Phone handling of inbound and outbound calls - **Answering the phones promptly, sincerely, and

genuinely to client's concerns and inquiries and able to give resolution after the call.

3. **Data Management (Migration Manager & Client Data Folder) - **This includes creating a Migration Manager profile and safekeeping the correctly renamed documents in their correct folders. Update client details, such as _passport, residential/ postal address, and contact details_, on the Migration Manager profile, Bitrix24 profile, and IMMI Portal.

4. **Forms Completion - **Must know how to fill out various forms.

6. **EFTPOS Payment Handling - **The client sometimes uses tap and pay, credit card authorisation forms, and sometimes over the phone.

7. **Appointment Booking - **Handling appointment booking and confirmation for client appointments, either face-to-face or phone/teams call meeting.

8. **Bitrxi24 Management - **Not limited to administrative tasks. This includes updating client information in the client's Bitrix24 profiles - change of address, contact details, visa details, and expiration. It is important to leave comments whenever we update/ change some information to the client's profile.

9. **Mail Handling—**GPO boxes must be checked every other day to ensure no documents are left out.

10. **Maintaining office and pantry supplies—**Stationery and pantry supplies should be maintained and well taken care of.

11. **Others - **Tasks assigned by your Senior/ Team Leader and other team members.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.62 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
