**About the Role**

An exciting part time opportunity 30 hours per week has opened in our Head Office to support the accounts team in a very busy environment. You will join the team to be responsible for all accounts payable in a very high transactional business. This role is fast paced and requires you to be highly productive. You will play a crucial role in the business' success and client service delivery. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring all accounts payables/billings are received and processed in a timely manner.
- Reconcile all payments received.
- Manage and process payments.
- Data Entry
- Investigating customer queries and providing solutions in a timely manner
- Work with multiple software platforms such as Xero, Westpac, ANZ and Attache.

**About You**
- Strong Organisational and attention to detail skills.
- Demonstrated ability to process large volumes of accounts.
- Ability to adapt to complex computer systems.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- High productivity level
