**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lending and Portfolio Analyst to join our Business Banking team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between sales and credit assessment, ensuring that credit submissions are detailed, concise, and cohesive.

As a Lending and Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and recommending financial servicing for transactions above $1 Million TBRE, conducting risk grading, assisting with complex transactions, and facilitating training for both internal and external consultants.

**About you**

You are an effective communicator with proven influencing and interpersonal skills, capable of developing enduring relationships with diverse internal parties. High attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential.

Experience within the financial services industry, particularly in a high-volume, compliance-oriented environment, is highly desirable.
