About You
Vista Healthcare is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, we'd love to hear from you

Be part of a mobile therapy team with
working from home option
when not on the road for true work life balance. Starting from 24 hours a week to full time, you can select the hours and days that work best for you

Key Responsibilities
Provide client-centred care
to elderly individuals and people living with disabilities in their homes
Conduct comprehensive assessments
using standardised tools and clinical observation
Develop personalised intervention plans
and set meaningful, achievable goals
Recommend appropriate assistive equipment
and home modifications to maximise client independence
Prepare clear and timely reports
using our structured templates and clinical tools
Apply sound clinical reasoning
across a wide range of conditions and presentations
Engage in ongoing professional development
and integrate new skills into clinical practice
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders
, including families, support coordinators, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care
Key Requirements
AHPRA registration
(or working towards registration)
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
and access to your own vehicle
Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
(or willingness to obtain)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
