1300apprentice currently have fantastic opportunities for motivated individuals to commence or continue a landscape construction apprenticeship, with a great host employer based in the ACT. Our host employer is looking for 1st-4th year apprentices. They are a family run business, offering high-end residential landscape design, construction and garden maintenance to the Canberra region.

Throughout the 4-year apprenticeship, you will be undertaking a Certificate III in Landscape Construction.

**Key responsibilities**:
Learning from a qualified and diverse team, you will be involved in:

- Designing of yard areas
- Hard and soft landscaping
- Timber decks and pergolas
- Paving and retaining walls
- Stonework
- Turfing and irrigation
- Operating machinery and equipment.

**Must have**:

- If you have already commenced a Landscape Construction apprenticeship, must have up-to-date CIT/TAFE transcripts
- Driver's licence and own transport
- Experience using basic hand tools
- White card (can be obtained during recruitment process).

**To be successful**:

- Have a passion for this trade and want to be part of a growing business once completed apprenticeship
- Must be motivated and hard working
- Physically fit
- Willing to learn and take direction well
- Reliable, with a good attitude.
